It was learned that the animal’s owner had tied it up with a rope at his residence on the avenue near Alto Guri, when it suddenly ran out onto the busy road and decided to walk.
The arterial road was paralyzed for a few minutes, as drivers panicked and decided to park for fear of being attacked by an animal, while traders and pedestrians barricaded themselves in the premises in the area.
A group of brave drivers took out some ropes from their suitcase and managed to catch it with the help of its owner. As funny as it may sound, due to the danger the incident represented, the situation was also reported to police officers.
