CGT files strike notice from Monday 5 February to Monday 9 September

Towards dark days in Ile-de-France on public transport? The CGT of the RATP has lodged a strike notice from Monday 5 February for a period of seven months, BFM Paris Île-de-France has learned.
The notice runs from Monday, February 5 and until Monday, September 9, at 8 a.m., the union indicated in a letter addressed to its RATP president and general manager Jean Casteaux and consulted by BFM Paris Île-de-France. It concerns “all RATP staff”.
“Inadequate 2024 Pay Steps”
The notice was filed “on the basis of disagreement on Monday January 29, 2024, regarding the social alarm filed on January 23, 2024 on the theme of inadequate 2024 salary measures,” the union clarified in its letter.
The CGT recalls its various demands, in particular the removal of the cap on levels, the revaluation and extension of supplementary allowances and travel time slots, opening negotiations on the reduction of working time to a 32 hour basis. Also integration of “Employment Bonus” into laws.
