It was not a physical question. It is a special place with a real power of attraction,” underlines Jean-Michel Beaudoin.

A procedural accident

Except that in the meantime the owner’s lawyer claimed that there was an “accident of process as the amount claimed by the bank was paid”. So the January new sale has been cancelled.

Jean-Michel Beaudoin keeps his Malouinier and takes a step back from this story. “Disputes often occur between banks and their customers,” says another person who lives in Switzerland and does not live in this Malounier, but where he likes to spend time.

The fact is that the dispute with the bank has not been resolved. “We are going to get compensation,” says Jean-Michel Beaudoin. It is the Nantes Court of Appeal that should examine the case. The date is not yet known. “We’ll go all the way,” he declares.
