An announcement made in late January 2024 has been confirmed. Passengers on certain lines Metro, RER and Transillion They will be able to get compensation for their Navigo Pass due to multiple delays on their train lines.

Affected by RER B and Line P returns
As expected, two lines are affected in Seine-et-Marne: these are RER B and line P.

The campaign applies to Navigo Annual, Senior, Kalpana R Student and School, Navigo Month packages (including Discovery Pass and on smartphones) and 50% off Month and 75% Solidarity Month packages.
RER A, E, as well as Transilian Line K had “satisfactory punctuality results” and are therefore not eligible for refunds.
