“Tigre” Bonilla pleads guilty: “I helped some in the drug trafficking business”

Former Honduran National Police Director Juan Carlos the “Tigre” Bonilla pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges this Tuesday before Judge Kevin Castel of the Southern District of New York.
