There boy band Korean-born Stray Kids and Colombian superstar Karol G will perform at the MTV Music Video Awards for the first time. The ceremony will be broadcast live from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, on March 12 at 8 p.m. ET.
Italian rock band Menskin will appear at the event for the second year in a row. American pop legend Demi Lovato will return to the VMA stage for the first time in six years (as she also knows these awards by their acronyms in English).

MTV has not yet announced the moderators of the ceremonies for this year, nor the winners of the Video Vanguard and Global Icon Awards (though it has been confirmed that these will be distributed). Last year’s show was hosted by Jack Harlow, LL Cool J and Nicki Minaj, and those special awards were given to Minaj and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, respectively.
