~ Marvel Universe 616 via Spider-Verse

We already know that the Into the Spider-Verse sequel left several scenes on the cutting-room floor, such as a post-credits sequence that highlighted the debut of an iconic Marvel location and huge live-action sequences that left fans in splits. Now, the first deleted scene from Spider-Man: Through the Spider-Verse has arrived online and it shows various Spider-heroes as well as interactions between Miguel O’Hara and Miles Morales.

As part of the digital release of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, a deleted scene titled “Miguel Calling” surfaced online. The scene is an entirely new sequence (with simple storyboard animation) that features Gwen Stacy investigating Mancha’s destroyed apartment. It was only Jessica Drew in the movie that hit theaters who asked Gwen about her investigation.
