Jennifer Lopez celebrates her first wedding anniversary with Ben Affleck

(CNN) — Jennifer Lopez has had a lot to celebrate lately.

The actress and singer celebrated the first anniversary of her lavish wedding with Ben Affleck this Sunday, which was held on August 20, 2022, at their estate on the outskirts of Savannah, Georgia.

López posted some photos from that day on her verified social media accounts and wrote: “Hoy Hus Un Año”.

“This Is Me… Now” is Lopez’s upcoming ninth studio album, and “Dear Ben II” is one of the songs included in the new work.

Lopez released the album “This Is Me…Then” in 2002, which included “Dear Ben”, a love song about Affleck. The two were committed at the same time, but broke up for nearly 20 years before getting back together.

Affleck and Lopez were first married in a small ceremony in Las Vegas in July 2022 before a second ceremony in August.

The anniversary announcement came less than a week after Lopez wished her husband a happy birthday on his special day, August 15, with a video of them driving a car and singing along to Sam Cooke. (What a) Wonderful World”.
