Britney Spears plans to return to music amid divorce
Britney Spears plans to focus on her return to music.
The ‘Baby One More Time’ star, 41, is splitting from husband Sam Asghari, 29, who requested a divorce after their children, but her friends say she has a good job to keep busy. There are a number of professional projects, in the midst of this complicated moment.
Page Six assures that Britnett is working on a new album, and a source commented on the matter:
“[She]has an upcoming writers camp and she’s getting songs from some great artists.”
‘La Princesa del Pop”s memoir, also titled ‘The Woman in Me’, is due for release on October 24, and will include a series of promotional appearances and revealing interviews.
Britney announced in a statement in July how excited she was to publish the memoir:
‘I worked hard for this book, I had to go through a lot of therapy to finish this book, so it’s better than your choice. If you are not happy, it will be good for you.
Page Six says Britney’s inner circle is “small” and her relationship with her family is “not good” even after her controversial 13-year guardianship ended.
But a source said: ‘(Britney) rests.’
The medium added that the singer will have “the divorce process without any problems,” and that she has “a legal team assembled by her side,” including powerful attorneys Matthew Rosengart and Laura Wasser.
Meanwhile, Britney’s relationship with her and Kevin Federline’s children appears to be returning to normal.
Page Six says she spoke to her two sons, Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, before Kevin, 45, took her to Hawaii in early August.
Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, says the teen was in contact with his mother ‘probably a few weeks ago’ after reports that she had separated from him without contact for a year.
Sources also told People magazine that Britney is in good spirits despite what’s going on, adding that she remains positive and focused on her future.
