Yves Saint Laurent’s most recent fragrance, which came to light in the United States last August 8 and later spread worldwide from the 10th of the same month, features actor Austin Butler as its face. The interpreter of Elvis Presley in his biographical film expressed through his social networks his deep respect for being chosen by Yves Saint Laurent Beauty to embody the spirit of the MYSLF fragrance.
This fragrance emerges from the intention of being a new expression of contemporary masculinity; A masculinity that invites the men of today to express themselves without fear and embrace their feelings in an authentic way. Stéphane Bazzi, International General Manager of Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, highlighted how Generation Z is challenging traditional notions of masculinity and gender, pursuing authenticity and the freedom to be true to themselves.
The MYSLF Essence was designed with a focus on sustainability, using recycled glass and eco-certified packaging materials. Conceived by designer Suzanne Dalton, the bottle design perfectly reflects the contemporaneity and versatility that characterizes Generation Z.
