Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, -The city government will organize a series of activities for the youth of Nuevo Laredo in the commemorative framework of the International Youth Day to be celebrated on August 12.
Through the Municipal Institute for Youth Development (IMJUVE), this Saturday from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm at the Polyforum La Fe will be held the third edition of “La Con NLD”, a free intercultural festival. that unites the youth.
Jesus Espinoza Hernandez, owner of IMJUVE, says, “We invite everyone to join, enjoy, have fun and engage in the activities that we will be doing on such an important day.”
Dubbing actors Juan Carlos Tinoco, who voices Marvel’s fictional character “Thanos” and Dwayne Johnson “La Roca”, will be in attendance.
Espinoza Hernandez noted that in addition, 100 young entrepreneurs will showcase their product or service on a case by case basis, giving them the opportunity to publicize their business project.
The convention will feature competitions from different cultures as well as exhibitions by groups and associations such as LARROL, Geek Market NLD, Bazitos Lowrider, Verbal Kombat, Tamaulipas Community Cultural Agents Network.
On Sunday, August 13, starting at 5:00 p.m., Teatro Adolfo López will also celebrate the International Day of K-POP Mateos, where exhibitions and various activities will be held.
