Watch the 2023 Pokémon World Championship and get these free codes for Pokémon GO

Niantic will be giving away free Pokémon GO codes to all viewers of the 2023 Pokémon World Championship.
As we said, Yokohama, Japan is hosting the 2023 Pokémon World Championship this weekend. To celebrate it Niantic has prepared a series of drops in the official Twitch broadcasts of the tournament. Wondering how to earn these free codes for Pokémon GO? Here we explain.

Free codes for Pokémon GO
Niantic has announced that they will be giving away free codes for Pokémon GO during Pokémon World Championships 2023 streams. On the first day of the tournament, players will receive Exclusive Investigation Time Codes when watching 30 minutes of broadcast. These studies will yield 3 match options to form a team worthy of the Super League.
Team Option 1 (* indicates the likelihood of a brilliant result)
- Scarmory*
- vigorot
- Swampert*
command option 2
- Trevenant
- night owl
- flashlight
command option 3
- Azumarill
- Umbreon
- mandibuz
These codes will also grant the following additional rewards:
- 8000 stardust
- Premium Battle Pass
- 1 star
On the 2nd day of the tournament, players will receive a code as a drop An exclusive time-based investigation focused on Pokémon GO Master’s Division 2022 World Champion, DancingRob.. Thus, players will receive the following rewards:
- Galarian Stanfisk
- Charged Attack Elite TM
Please note that Day 1 and Day 2 codes will be valid until August 20, 2023. You can only request one temporary study code per account.

Now, in order to get drops, the first thing to do is to subscribe to the official Pokémon GO Twitch channel. Once this is done, you must watch the tournament broadcast on the specified channel. These will be the hours:
- Friday, August 11, 2023 starting at 6:00 PM CST (12:00 AM UTC) and running through the end of the day’s broadcast.
- Saturday, August 12, 2023 starting at 6:00 PM CST (12:00 AM UTC) until the end of the day’s broadcast.
During broadcasts, the giveaway panel must be on the official Pokémon GO Twitch channel. This panel will have a field where players can share their Twitch ID to join drops and start counting views. Once that’s done, just watch the 30 minutes of the stream to get the code.
