On Father’s Day, Megapix puts on a special show with movies starring Van Damme, Stallone, The Rock and Vin Diesel

Father’s Day is celebrated on Sunday (13th) and mega pix Couldn’t stay out of this celebration. To honor them, the channel shows a program with six films that are pure adrenaline and also promote an interactive action on social networks. Convinced that The Rock is the ultimate dad and Vin Diesel is the kind of dad who puts family above everything else, Megapix wants to know “What kind of dad are you?” Some answers will be selected and appear in the special break. The program begins at lunchtime, at 12:50, with ‘Sudden Death’, in which Jean-Claude Van Damme plays Darren, a former firefighter who, while taking his children to see a hockey match, One is forced to face the group. Terrorists are threatening to kidnap the Vice President of the United States – who is at the scene. At 2:55 pm, comes ‘Falcao – The Champion of Champions’, one of the greatest hits ever starring Sylvester Stallone. In the plot, the star plays Hawk, a truck driver who has lost his wife and, while trying to get back together with his son, also competes in an arm wrestling championship.

Then, at 4:45 p.m., ‘Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade’ is shown. In the film, the protagonist returns to face Nazi forces and must stop them from finding the Holy Grail. For this mission, the archaeologist is accompanied by her father (played by Sean Connery in the film). At 7:10 p.m., ‘Skyscraper: Unlimited Courage’, a film starring Dwayne Johnson as Will Sawyer – the head of security at The Pearl, China’s tallest building, is shown. In the midst of a fire, he must prove his innocence and even save the lives of his family.

At 9 pm, during the megapix session banner, ‘Fast & Furious 8’ took over the channel. In the storyline, Dom (Vin Diesel) returns to crime to stop Cipher (Charlize Theron) from kidnapping his unborn child. Closing out the special at 11:30 pm, comes Deadly Postcards, a feature film in which Jacob (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) tries to find out who killed his daughter.
