Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 was replaced by Miley Cyrus in a cameo, and the reason for the change has already been revealed.

According to the director, the only reason the actress was replaced was because Miley Cyrus was unavailable to return as Mainframe, having not been able to record her voice due to scheduling. No bullshit this time.
