Since the tycoon bought the social media platform last October for $44 billion, his business has collapsed, partly because of the flexibility to block hate speech and the return of previously banned extreme right-wing accounts.
Musk has repeatedly cited a desire for freedom of expression as the reason for his changes and has railed against what he sees as a threat to freedom of expression by changing cultural sensibilities.
According to the non-profit organization Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH), hate speech is flourishing on the platform.

In December, Musk restored the account of former US President Donald Trump, although Trump has not returned to the stage.
The former president was expelled from Twitter in early 2021 for his role in the January 6 attack on the United States Capitol by a group of supporters who sought to nullify the results of the 2020 elections.
According to media reports, X recently reinstated rapper and designer Kanye West a few months after his account was suspended.
Last summer, West, now professionally called Ye, published an image showing a wild one interlaced with a Star of David, and Musk suspended the artist from the platform.
