According to the Federal Ministry of Health of the state of Veracruz. there are 15 community mental health and addiction centers, three institutions specializing in the treatment of addictions in a hospital setting, and two psychiatric hospitals.
In all cases, these places are recognized by the National Addiction Combat Commission (CONADIC). Community centers are located in Tuxpan, Veracruz, Xalapa, Coatzacoalcos, Córdoba, Minatitlán, San Andrés Tuxtla, Cosamaloapán and Tierra Blanca. All rooms are open from 08:00 to 15:30.

Cúspide is located on the Free Veracruz-Santa Fe Highway, 6.5 km, in the Los Caños de Santa Rita area in the municipality of Veracruz, and provides assistance to people aged 18 to 59.
Casa Nueva is located on the El Chico-Chavarillo highway 1.5 km, in the El Chico-Chavarrillo area, in the municipality of Emiliano Zapata. Here, the focus is on youth aged 12 to 17 and adults aged 18 to 59.
Abedul Life is located on the Puebla-Cordoba highway, km 275, in the Barrio Nuevo area, in the municipality of Orizaba. To the attention of young people from 12 to 17 years old and adults from 18 to 59 years old.
