In the trailer we saw a mysterious new female character brought to life by cosplaying Aliya Willwhich only increases our expectations for the game.
Aliya Will is a well-known professional cosplayer who has been transforming into fictional characters for the past year, both in video games and anime and manga. Aliya’s latest cosplay was posted a few hours ago, when mos showed off the version of her from the unknown female character we saw in the latest trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Although we are aware that there are many theories surrounding said character from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, in this post we will avoid mentioning them so as not to give readers possible spoilers. It must be taken into account that there are still almost three weeks left for the release of Tears of the Kingdom, so Zelda fans will be able to learn more about this character in a very short time.
Aliya clarifies that her cosplay of the mystery character from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was made from supplies she had lying around, so it’s not her most faithful work. Still, Aliya says that she “absolutely had to bring this stunning mystery character to life,” plus she says that the TOTK development team has their hearts set on designing these kinds of characters.
Surely after the release of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom we will see many cosplays of this mysterious character, but until then we will continue without knowing his name or the way in which he influences the plot of the game. Meanwhile the expectations are high, because the final trailer not only showed an interesting story and an evolution of the gameplay that we saw in Breath of the Wild, because there is also a reference to the first The Legend of Zelda.
