how to get all the endings, without ‘spoilers’

As we said in our review, the characters are the heart of this game and the decisions we make about their relationship will be the ones that decide how the adventure will end. In this guide we will tell you how to get all the endings of Ib in the ‘remake’ for Switch and PC, what is the doom meter, what makes the protagonist’s relationship with Garry and Mary change, and how each decision affects the outcome of the story.
Before continuing, you should keep one thing in mind. The game has “secret meters” that define and relationships Gary and Mary. The ending we get also depends on their level. We will explain them later.

Guide: How to Get All Endings Ib
Ib’s loneliness
We must escape from the drawing book having accumulated less than three points on Mary’s hate meter. Upon reaching the Manufactured World box, we will be presented with two options that depend on our previous decisions.
If we want the end of Soledad de Ib, in any of the cases we must choose the first option, which implies not entering the box and returning. If Ib is alone at this point, it’s also possible to get this ending by simply going back the way we came.
This ending does not have any special images. Just a black screen with the name of the end.
memories corner
We must escape from the drawing book having accumulated less than three points on Mary’s hate meter and without offering the handkerchief to Garry when we see that he is hurt. It is also possible to get this ending if we offer the scarf to Garry but we have less than nine affinity points with him.
Upon reaching the Manufactured World box, we will be presented with two options. In any case, we must choose the second, which implies entering the painting.
Back in the gallery, we need to talk to the person next to the rose sculpture «Embodiment of the Spirit».
This ending does not have any special images. Just a black screen with the name of the end.

Together forever
to get this ending we must have three or more dots on the doom counter at the end of the sequence in the dolls room of the Violet Area. When finding Garry we must choose the first option to wake him up.
Then, when falling into the toy box, we must first wake up Garry on the right side of the room and then the pink key at the bottom. When talking to Mary we must accept the exchange that she proposes.
Then we must continue the game until we reach the gallery without taking Garry’s lighter or without using it on the painting at the bottom of the pink house.
This ending DOES have no special images and is considered one of the bad endings.

Then we must continue the game and take garry’s lighter, interchanging it with the sweet if necessary. Then we must use the lighter on the painting in the background of the pink house. We continue to the gallery and find the Fabricated World painting. When presented with the option, we must jump into the box.

The last moments of a painting
This ending can only be achieved in a second game. we must have five or more dots on the doom counter at the end of the sequence in the dolls room of the Violet Area and answer “Escape with Garry” when asked by Mary in the Brown Area.
When entering the doll room with Ib and interacting with Garry, we must choose the second option: Garry…?. Depending on the points we have on the counters, we may not be given a choice.
Then we must continue our way to the Fabricated World painting.
This ending does not have any special images. Just a black screen with the name of the end. The story sequence up to there is well worth it.
