The final phase of the Kings League has started this Friday, March 24, in its usual stadium. Despite not yet having the glamor of a large football field, it could not have had a better start, since we had a high-flying duel to start the day.
Beyond the success or not of leaving the ‘great game’ of the round as the first —and its impact on the audience, especially for the Latin American audience—, the truth is that it has been a game that lived up to expectations. And it is that Saiyans and Kunisports have been two of the best teams for most of the regular season.
In fact, Saiyans have been in first place for almost the last few weeks and Kunisports has been in the chasing pack for the entire league. It was a duel, therefore, between two potential champions in which anything could happen.
And so it has been. It was a total exchange of blows in which Saiyans went one goal ahead at halftime thanks to Roger Carbó’s double just before minute 20. But shortly after the restart Kunisports with a great goal from Hidalgo and the marker has not moved to the end anymore.

It has not been an end without controversy. Saiyans has used the Penalty Card, but regulation time has run out. A rule, which they have shown in networks later to clarify it, has served for Carbó to sign his hattrick and take Saiyans to the Camp Nou on Sunday.
Very different situation from Los Troncos and xBuyer Team, two teams that have had important ups and downs during the season. But a good final sprint allowed the men from Perxitaa to finish as third place.
xBuyer Team took the lead, but shortly after the start of the second half the goal festival began, first with Los Troncos’ equalizer. In the end, a game that started uphill has ended with thrashed for Los Troncos 4-2.
Both teams they are waiting to know their rivals in the semifinalssince Saiyans will play against the winner of the duel between Ultimate Móstoles and El Barrio in the first game on Sunday and in the second Los Troncos will face off against the winner of the clash between Porcinos and Annihiladores.
