But now, an assistant to the creator Kohei Horikoshi has put one of the most beloved heroines in the costume of a baseball player in the hope of being able to spend happier days. My Hero Academia fans recently got the chance to play a quick game of baseball thanks in part to a special OVA titled “My Hero Academia – Hero League Baseball”.
What is available via Crunchyroll, “HLB stands for Hero League of Baseball ” and this is its synopsis: “it is a baseball league founded by professional heroes who love baseball! It’s game day! The last game of the HLB championship is between Gang Orca and Shishido’s two rival agencies. They form a team (“Orcas” and “Lionels”) to compete. In the HLB world, there are no rules, using your quirks is of course. However, just as the game is about to end, they are interrupted by a villain!”
Now an assistant to creator Kohei Horikoshi, NStime23, has not been shy about sharing his love for the Mirko. In the past, the artist has shared Mirko sporting a number of different outfits and has often seen the bunny hero teaming up with other crime fighters in the series.
The sixth season of the anime has made Mirko release a tough test, but if the adaptation gets a seventh season, chances are we’ll see Hero Rabbit return to the screen.
Meanwhile, the My Hero Academia manga has taken a bit of a break thanks to Horikoshi’s personal health, but the final arc is currently underway and is being touted as the boys’ last stand. While some battles have ended when the Class 1-A clashes with all the forces of All For One, there are even more that threaten to tear UA Academy and Hero Society as a whole apart.
Horikoshi has not stated if he will return with more of the heroes in the future, although there are many fans who have asked him to see Deku, Bakugo and their classmates grow up and make a life as adults, but it has not been confirmed if the mangaka will fulfill your wish.
