HoneyB is Shinobu Kocho cosplaying from the anime Demon Slayer

There is no doubt that Kimetsu no Yaiba or demon slayer became one of the most popular anime and manga works of the last decade, which is why in recent years we have seen various tributes in the form of fan art and cosplay. There is little left for the premiere of season 3 of the anime and for this reason the talented honeyb published her cosplay of shinobu kochothe pillar of the insect.

In the story of Kimetsu no Yaiba we meet several pillars, the title given to the most powerful demon hunters, and one of them is Shinobu Kocho, the insect pillar. This character is so popular that new cosplays are constantly appearing and the most recent is that of HoneyB, which was just published a couple of hours ago.

This Monday, the American cosplayer known as HoneyB published her first photograph paying tribute to Demon Slayer, as she cosplayed Shinobu Kocho and showed us what the insect pillar from Kimetsu no Yaiba could look like in real life. Although Demon Slayer has already had live-action adaptations, Shinobu Kocho has never looked as good as she did in the HoneyB cosplay below.

HoneyB has been sharing her cosplays on social networks for a little over four years and in this time she has transformed into more than a dozen characters, covering video game, anime and manga series. However, despite her popularity this is the first time HoneyB has paid a Demon Slayer tribute and what better way to start than by transforming into the mainstay of the insect, Shinobu Kocho.

The third season of the Kimetsu no Yaiba anime premieres next month, but some fans have already seen the first episode, as it hit theaters in a special screening along with the last two episodes of last season. We don’t know if HoneyB is among the lucky ones who have already seen the new episode, but without a doubt, Shinobu Kocho’s cosplay shows that she has an interest in the Demon Slayer anime.
