Miss Universe: the dangerous diet that R’Bonney Nola Gabriel followed to win the crown

The galaxy has its new miss Universe for 11 days and, since then, criticism and controversy have been constant on social networks. Filipino-American fashion model and businesswoman R’Bonney Nola Gabriel (28) was crowned in the 71st edition of the world event, held in New Orleans (United States).
However, beyond the incessant criticism of R’Bonney Nola Gabriel and his election, what has caused the most talk in recent weeks has been the strict, rigorous and controversial diet followed by the brand new miss Universe during the last 2 years. And it was she herself who detailed it and stopped at how sacrificed it was for her to be able to follow it.

Among the main criticisms of the choice of R’Bonney Nola Gabriel and the most recent edition of miss Universe, one of the most frequent has to do with the fact that the American was not deserving of the crown. Even her detractors maintain that she awarded it because she was the host participant and she was a local during the gala.

Interviewed by Fpx News, R’Bonney Nola Gabriel referred to the controversy generated around his coronation and the entire celebration of the miss Universe. And it was she who detailed how sacrificed her diet was during the last 24 months, all in order to stay in shape and arrive in the best way at the celebration gala.
“I must have eaten the same thing for the last two years. Every day I eat oatmeal and two eggs in the morning. And then at lunchtime, there’s shrimp and green beans. After, as a snack in between. There are rice cakes; I always have rice cakes in my bag or in my car. Dinner is salmon and vegetables. I stay consistent with it almost every day, even when I was traveling somewhere, planning meals and taking on the plane in a large cooler, ”she detailed the miss Universe 2022, R’Bonney Nola Gabrielwho is also a former volleyball player.
Beyond the discomfort of criticism -especially when it is so constant-, R’Bonney Nola Gabriel stressed that she has become used to controversy, as well as being very grateful for having become miss Universe.
