LIDOM analyzes the possibility of leaving the Caribbean Series

The country with the most titles in the Caribbean Series is the Dominican Republic and there is talk of the possibility that the island country will abandon attendance at the next tournaments of this continental tournament.
According to information published by ESPN, both Mexico and the Dominican Republic are looking for the possibility of sustainable changes in the event and if not, they would be contemplating not continuing in the contest.

One of the changes sought is that the Commissioner does not have as much power in decisions about the different leagues that make up the Caribbean Confederation and that his figure is clearly governed at the administrative and commercial level.
Both countries agree that the Caribbean Series, the main event of the Confederation, has completely stagnated and that it has not brought significant gains for the participating nations, so they are seeking radical changes to resume the importance that the event had before.
In the next edition, which will take place in Venezuela, there will be no surprises and both Mexico and the Dominican Republic will participate in the tournament that brings together the champions of the best leagues in the Caribbean.
