The general director, Maurizio Arrivabene, will be in charge of solving day-to-day affairs until a new council is formed, the Italian club specified.

Along with them, members Laurence Debroux, Massimo Della Ragione, Katryn Fink, Daniela Marilungo, Francesco Roncaglio, Giorgio Tacchia and Suzanne Keywood also resigned at an extraordinary council held at the Continassa.
The unanimous decision to step down from the administration of the Italian team was given “considering the centrality and relevance of the pending legal and technical-accounting issues”, in reference to an investigation by the Italian justice launched more than a year ago.
