His training plan is one hour and each exercise consists of three sets of 25 repetitions.
- Monday: Bench press, incline press, dumbbells against the chest and weighted push-ups.
- Tuesday: Back pull-ups, seated lat pull down rows and barbell rows.
- Wednesday: Arnold shoulder press, shoulder raise laterals and front raises (3 sets of 25 pounds)
- Thursday: Biceps and triceps preacher curls, cable curls and hammer curls.
- Friday and Saturday: An hour of cardio.
