Violent messages from Depp to Paul Bettany about Amber Heard revealed

On Wednesday, April 13, during the third day of the trial for Johnny Depp’s lawsuit against Amber Heard, some text messages that the actor sent to a childhood friend and Paul Bettany were revealed.

The messages Depp sent to Paul Bettany described actions such as drowning Amber Heard and burning her body. As revealed by EW, one of the messages read, “I’m going to *** her burned body to make sure she’s dead.” Due to these messages, Paul Bettany could also testify.
Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard for $50 million for defamation after an opinion column she published in the Washington Post in 2018. In it, the actress recounted being a victim of domestic abuse. After her, Heard obtained a restraining order against Depp and submitted photos of her with a bruise on her face. Depp alleges that the column ruined her reputation and her career.
