Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have been very much in the public eye since their relationship began in 2020 and have surprised the public with some of the activities they like to do together, like drinking blood.

The couple have also been very open about their sexual adventures with each other, with Megan being the cover star of GLAMOR in April and openly admitting that she enjoys their BDSM relationship.
