Tristan Thompson, Khloé Kardashian’s ex, finally got rid of his Encino mansion

Canadian basketball player tristan thompson31 years old and who in the past was a couple of Khloe Kardashianhas had a last year full of ups and downs on a personal and professional level, which has led him to move from city to city over and over again.
The renowned center, who currently plays for the Chicago Bulls, decided to put up for sale, in 2020, the mansion he owned in the Encino areabut it was until now that he found someone interested in investing in it.
The house was originally put on the market by $8,500,000 dollarsbut the lack of investors caused Kim and Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-brother-in-law to relax his claims and accept the $7,825,000 dollars that they offered for their abode.
So far the identity of the new owner is unknown, as well as the conditions under which the sale took place.
Despite the apparent financial loss, Tristan actually came out on top, having bought it three years ago for $6,500,000 dollars.
The house, which has a country style, was built in 2018 and has an area of 9,864 square feet.
It consists of seven bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a hall, a kitchen with two islands, a dining room, a dining room, a living room, a room with a closet, a main room, a wine cellar, a cinema room, a library / office, garage for three vehicles, office, among other rooms.
The kitchen is open and quite spacious. It is equipped with white cabinets, high-end appliances, a central island to prepare food and another one that can be used as a breakfast area for three people.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a sitting area, a wet bar, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized steam shower.
