Cruz Azul fans star in a row in the Azteca stands

Violence was once again present in Liga MX, as now several fans staged a row in the stands of the Aztec stadium during the first leg of the quarterfinals between the Cruz Azul Machine and the UANL Tigers.
Through their networks, the TUDN media published the video in which several fans of the Cruz Azul Machine can be seen confronting each other, while some security elements try to separate them.

Given the “poor” reaction of the Azteca security elements, the anger between the sky-blue fans continued and other fans even had to intervene to try to calm things down in the stands.
So far, Liga MX has not issued any statement about what happened during the first leg of the Clausura 2022 quarterfinals, as it has sought to be especially careful with this type of action.
Regarding the game, the UANL Tigers beat the Cruz Azul Machine 1-0 with a goal by Jesús Dueñas, so they have an advantage for the second leg at the University Stadium.
