Vin Diesel Says Every 'Fast & Furious' Movie Is Made For

Vin Diesel has said that every Fast & Furious movie is made to “honor” Paul Walker.

Paul Walker played Brian O’Conner opposite Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto in 2001’s The Fast And The Furious and appeared in nearly all of its subsequent installments until his death in 2013.

On social media, as Fast 10 began filming, Diesel explained that “there’s not a single day that I don’t want to go back in time and talk Pablo (Paul Walker) out of coming back to Los Angeles that Christmas weekend.” Thanksgiving. Every Fast movie I make should, deep down, always honor my brother Pablo.”

Elsewhere, he explained that he walked Walker’s daughter Meadow down the aisle “with pride and honor” and that when Walker’s mother asked him to “bring Brian back to the screen, well, I don’t have to tell you.” I’m serious about taking it.”

The Fast & Furious franchise “would never have been here without the deep love and brotherhood between Dom and Brian, established in 2001,” he added. “Thank you for believing in me, in us. I will not rest until I make you, him and the universe proud.”

On the other hand, he confirmed the return of Walker’s on-screen wife, Mia Toretto, in Fast Ten, after she was left out of the script because she was “someone to whom I have credited the brotherhood of Dom and Brian”. She then revealed that her return was due to the insistence of her daughter, who reportedly told director Justin Lin “Without Mia, there is no Fast 10”.

The shooting of fast 10started to earlier this week (April 22) and Lin saidwhat “it felt like the beginning of an epic ending” before agreeing that it’s going to be the best film in the franchise.

Fast 10 will be released on May 19, 2023 and will star Jason Momoa and Brie Larson. However, Dwayne Johnson has confirmed that “there is no chance” that he will return.
