The Rock is statuesque in the new photo from the set

Dwayne Johnson shared a new photo of wearing the anti-hero costume.

Black Adam is the new feature film that sees as its protagonist by now omnipresent Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson (Jumanji: The Next Level, Hercules: The warrior), an artist who in the last few has participated in several action productions that have led him to unexpected heights. In any case, the cinecomic, which is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra (who previously directed Johnson in Jungle Cruise) and the script signed by Rory Haynes, Sohrab Noshirvani And Adam Sztykiel, will finally arrive in theaters, after Covid slowed production down a lot. Fortunately, in the last period, a lot of information has arrived on the film, including some photos directly from the set.

That said, an image of Black Adam really interesting (which you can find above, at the bottom of the article) that was shared by The Rock himself directly from his personal Instagram profile. In the snapshot in question (coming from recent add-ons), we see the actor wearing the rich and detailed costume with the lightning bolt, which we remember being the dark version of that of Shazam, his nemesis. In reality there is little to say: with this herculean pose and his statuesque physique, there is no doubt that the artist is perfect in this role and we honestly can’t wait to see him in action on the big screen in some time.

We remind you that Black Adam is produced by DC Entertainment, Flynn Picture Company, New Line Cinema, Seven Bucks Production And Warner Bros with executive production by Walter Hamada, Eric McLeod, Scott Sheldon and Johnson himself. The cast, on the other hand, also sees the involvement of Pierce Brosnan that embodies Kent Nelson / Doctor Fate, Sarah Shahi which lends its face to Adrianna Tomaz / Isis, Aldis Hodge who interprets Carter Hall / Hawkman, Noah Centineo (Al Rothstein / Atom Smasher) and many more. The feature film should arrive in theaters on 21 October 2022, although we do not know exactly when the feature will land in our country.
