Rrr Box Office Collection Day 10: ‘RRR’ Hindi collection crosses 200 crores, now preparing for this next blast

The film ‘RRR’, an interesting tale of two lovers of freedom, continued its thrashing at the box office on Sunday as well. The pace that the film has picked up again in the second week of its release, it seems that its world wide collection will cross the 1000 crore mark in the second week itself. Meanwhile, the film continues to do well in the domestic collection and as per the opening figures of Sunday’s collection and Monday’s advance booking, its Hindi version touched the magic mark of Rs 200 crore at the box office.

The film ‘RRR’ did a great job on the ninth day of its release i.e. on the second Saturday. According to the final figures of Saturday, the film made a total net collection of Rs 564.80 crore in the country. And, on Sunday also i.e. on the 10th day of the film’s release, its collection was good. The film has made a net collection of around Rs 55 crore at the domestic box office, according to the initial figures of Sunday. The film earned around Rs 16 crore from the Telugu version on Sunday. The collection of the film ‘RRR’ Hindi was around Rs 23 crore according to the early trends of Sunday.

The film ‘RRR’ Hindi earned Rs 132.59 crore at the domestic box office in the first week of its release. The Hindi version of the film has earned Rs 13.5 crore on the second Friday, Rs 18 crore on the second Saturday and Rs 23 crore (estimated) on the second Sunday. The film ‘RRR’ has managed to touch the Rs 200 crore mark only with the collection of about Rs 188 crore till Sunday and the advance booking of Monday. This is the 24th film in the history of cinema to be included in the 200 crore club of films released in Hindi.

The collection of the film ‘RRR’ is also doing well in other countries of the world and it is understood that this trend of earning of the film will take it to the figure of thousand crores in the second week itself. The film ‘RRR’ will be the third film in the country to do so. Earlier, the first film to achieve this feat was ‘Bahubali 2’. Later the film ‘Dangal’ crossed this figure due to its release in China. The film’s worldwide gross collection has been around Rs 900 crore till Sunday.

Director SS Rajamouli’s film’s box office collection continues to increase, the main reason for the audience is being told to watch it again and again. Some people are going to watch it in IMAX and 3D again after watching it in 2D. The film has been released in Telugu as well as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt have also played special roles in Ramcharan and Jr NTR starrer film ‘RRR’.
