Along with Black, the film ‘Iqbal’ was released in 2005, in which Shreyas Talpade played the character of a deaf and mute boy. This deaf and dumb boy wanted to play for the Indian cricket team. It featured Naseeruddin Shah as Shreyas’s coach. While on one hand the film won two National Awards, on the other hand Shreyas won the IIFA and Zee Cine Awards for Best Actor.
