Some Hollywood stars recently come out as occasional showerers. Dwayne Johnson interferes in the shower debate.
How often should you actually take a shower? There is currently a lively discussion in Hollywood about personal hygiene, which was started by Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis. The two stars had recently revealed that they do not take it so seriously with the bathing of their children and are not a big fan of the daily shower themselves. On the other hand, “The Rock” has a completely different view.
Dwayne Johnson reveals his washing routine
On Twitter, the 49-year-old responded to a post by a fan, stating: “I’m the opposite of a ‘non-washed’ celebrity.” To underline, he listed his daily washing routine: “Shower (cold) when I roll out of bed to start my day. Shower (warm) after my workout before work. Shower (hot) after I get home from work.”

Jake Gyllenhaal sees it differently
He likes to take more time for the latter shower. “Face wash, body wash, scrub and I sing (crooked) in the shower,” the star explained.
Another “non-washing” celebrity, on the other hand, is Jake Gyllenhaal. “I think bathing is less and less necessary,” he told Vanity Fair a few days ago. After all, not showering is good for the skin “and we cleanse ourselves naturally.” (Bang)
