Sony’s upcoming superhero film, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, features a new trailer. The strip is due to appear on September 24, 2021. It is the continuation of the 2018 “Venom”. In Part 2, too, Tom Hardy takes on the lead role of Eddie Brock again. As a new addition, Woddy Harrelson is the antagonist Cletus Kadady alias Carnage.
Andy Serkis, known for his motion capturing work, for example as Gollum in the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy, acts as the director. Other actors are Michelle Williams, Reid Scott, Naomie Harris and more. Even though Venom is a character from the Marvel Universe and appears either as an antihero or as an antagonist of Spider-Man, the film is not related to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The first “Venom” was a great success and so there are hopes for the sequel. What do you think of the trailer?
