Veneda Carter attracts attention not only with Kim Kardashian’s street styles
It seems as if the Danish stylist, who now lives in Los Angeles, has had an infinite amount of energy left over in recent weeks and months. Not only was she preparing for the birth of her first child (baby Bobbi Vayla was born on July 23), but at the same time she was working on two collections. Together with the Danish label Flatlist, she launched a sunglasses collection that is currently worn up and down by the hottest names in the fashion industry such as Bella Hadid or Paloma Elsesser.
Just a few weeks later, she announced her first fashion collection with the Danish label Opéra Sport. The brand is only two years young, but already counts Pernille Teisbaek, Veronika Heilbrunner, Camille Charrière and of course Kim Kardashian among his fans.

Sustainability is the top priority for the founders Stephanie Gundelach and Awa Malina Stelter. Thus, they mainly work with recycled silk, cashmere & wool, which is made from pre-consumer waste, as well as recycled polyester, which is made from consumer or industrial waste such as used plastic bottles and garments, and organic cotton, which has been produced and certified according to the highest standards of organic farming. In addition, Opéra Sport does not work according to the usual fashion calendar, but concentrates on small drops. Thus, the brand guarantees that there is no excessive production, possibly too much is produced, and has the opportunity to continuously adjust the production volume to demand. True to the motto: quality over quantity!
Casual summer looks by Veneda Carter x Opéra Sport
Veneda Carter started as a stylist for Yeezy after her modeling career about five years ago and now styles Kim Kardashian personally. She has already named her “the coolest girl in the world”.
With Opéra Sport, the stylist has designed a nine-piece collection consisting of swimwear and casual looks for the summer such as bowling shirts and oversized shorts. She gave the pieces a very personal touch: Her favorite photographs of classic cars and cars, which she has taken over the last few years, adorn the collection – of course typical in her personal look, a mix of the coolest styles from the 90s and 2000s, characterized by Kelis, André 3000 and the girl group Total.
