At the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, she and her partner Alex Rodriguez experienced an anxiety crisis.
Jennifer Lopez reveals in an interview with Allure magazine that at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, both she and her partner Alex Rodriguez experienced an anxiety crisis for which they had to go-to therapies.
“Logically at first I think we were all full of anxiety, and we found ourselves, like everyone else, in a context of fear and suspense. I think it was the first time something similar had happened to us both and at the same time, ” confessed the star.
JLo and her boyfriend turned to professionals to overcome this crisis: “We started therapy, and I think it worked very well for the relationship. In any case, I didn’t deprive myself of anything, if one day I wanted to sit on the couch and eat fries to calm my nerves I did. The idea is not to get too used to those things.”
As for the postponement of her wedding to the former baseball player, the artist commented: “We have already postponed it twice, and the truth is that we already had it all planned out. I don’t know if we can recreate it the way we had it in mind. We canceled it because we don’t really know what’s going to happen and we haven’t talked about it again. The thing is, there’s no hurry, and we’ll do it when we can.”
