We discover the undergrounds of Watoga of Fallout 76, a new area that will be added with the Wastelanders update, which seems to be imminent.
Bethesda updated the Fallout 76 community with a post about Watoga’s dungeons, one of the areas that will be added by the upcoming Wastelanders update. Basically it is what remains of the city of Watoga or, at least, of its large underground areas, where new missions will take place.
We read other details taken from the official post on the Fallout 76 blog:
Watoga, the “City of the future”, is the embodiment of a welcoming and pedestrian-friendly metropolis whose streets are free from traffic, accidents, and cars parked in double rows. This is because it stands above a series of huge automated garage complexes where citizens can conveniently leave their cars. The numerous storage silos keep the cars safe, giving peace of mind to both owners and inhabitants!
You have probably noticed the entrances to the garages scattered throughout Watoga. Parking or recovering your car is very simple: just type in your personal ID in one of the many comfortable terminals and the system will take care of the rest. You can even request maintenance or modification services, and even buy a new car without having to go to a seller! Obviously all these services are no longer available in post-apocalyptic Appalachia, but it’s nice to imagine how comfortable life could once have been.
The basements of Watoga are your home away from home! The waiting area offers many services including a diner, a relaxation area, and a pharmacy. While you wait, you can even take advantage of the hairdresser for a new haircut!
Before leaving, we remind you that Fallout 76 is available for PC, Xbox One and PS5.
