Good news for Warner Bros .: through a survey on Atom Tickets, the famous online ticket retailer for U.S. cinemas, Wonder Woman 1984 was voted the most anticipated film of 2020.
The film, which is expected in theaters in June 2020, will be the second DC release of the year (after Birds of Prey on February 7), outperformed Black Widow’s competition, which occupies second place on the Atom ticket list. Surprisingly, the film with Margot Robbie has not returned to the official top, completed instead by No Time To Die, the latest James Bond film, Fast & Furious 9 and the live-action remake of Mulan.
The Marvel Studios can take comfort in this little “lost” by the fact that the participants in the survey asked to point out even their five favorite films of the decade now ending, they have indicated four Kevin Feige film about five: The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Infinity War, Deadpool (20th Century Fox) and Black Panther.
Finally, both Scarlett Johansson of Black Widow and Gal Gadot of Wonder Woman appear on the list of favorite actresses of the decade, along with Jennifer Lawrence ( The Hunger Games, X-Men: First Class ).
The next DC films will be The Batman (25 June 2021), The Suicide Squad (6 August 2021), Black Adam (22 December 2021), Shazam! 2 (April 1, 2022), The Flash (July 1, 2022) and Aquaman 2 (December 16, 2022).
