Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Lays the Foundation for a New Spin-Off?

With Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker the main Star Wars saga that began more than forty years ago has definitely ended, but this does not exclude that some of its characters may be filmed in the future as the protagonists of a possible spin-off.

As we know, in fact, although the Skywalker Saga has reached its end, Lucasfilm is preparing several Disney + series set between the events of Episode I and Episode IX: after The Mandalorian, it will be the turn of the shows dedicated to Cassian Andor and Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Waiting to know the next Star Wars / Disney + projects that Bob Iger has anticipated the arrival – according to some unconfirmed rumors the study would be working on a series starring Doctor Aphra – a possible clue is provided by one of the final moments of the film JJ Abrams.

The scene in question concerns Lando Calrissian and Jannah, the former First Order stormtrooper that Finn and his companions meet while they are looking for the Sith pointer: after the victory of the rebels, while all around is celebrated, a dialogue between the two suggests that the two will embark on a journey to discover Jannah’s origins, who as far as we know she might even be Lando’s lost daughter.

What do you think about it? Would you like to see a series starring Jannah? Let us know in the comments.
