Fortnite Now Also Works on Weaker Samsung Phones

Fortnite on more devices.

From now on Fortnite will be able to play on more devices. The list of phones on which the game works has been expanded.

Added support for the following devices:

  • Samsung Galaxy A9
  • Samsung Galaxy A40
  • Samsung Galaxy A70
  • Samsung Galaxy A80
  • Samsung Galaxy A90
  • Samsung Galaxy M20
  • Added support for 60 fps on OnePlus 7 Pro.

This means that Fortnite is leaning towards weaker phones. The list may expand in the future with new models, which gives some players hope that eventually, they will be able to launch Fortnite on weaker phones.

This is probably related to the release of the GLOW skin (it will replace the existing iKONIK skin). The release date is scheduled for September 27, but this has not yet been confirmed by Epic Games. We would like to remind you that earlier information regarding GLOW availability concerned precisely those devices whose support was added today.

Maybe previous reports about the next IKONIK were real and all these devices will be able to pick it up? We must wait literally 2 days for the final clarification of this issue.
