Silent Hill

Konami has deposited a trademark that could lead to the return of Silent Hill with a new episode, rekindling the hopes of the many fans of the horror series.

Silent Hill could come back with a new episode, according to the trademark recently filed by Konami in Canada.

The Japanese company simply recorded the title of Silent Hill without giving further details, which means that a reboot of the franchise or a new chapter could be in progress.

The last time we heard of the series was when Hideo Kojima tried to reinvent it with Silent Hills, but after a simple teaser with Norman, Reedusthe project was canceled.

Born in the now distant 1999 with the first episode on PlayStation, Silent Hill has experienced moments of great popularity, especially with the classic chapters, and the franchise has also made its debut at the cinema with a movie of the same name.
